Why working in the office is a better option than remote work
Recent studies have shown that only a small fraction of people, approximately 10-15% of all workers, are able to work remotely. After interviewing more than 100 executives and HR experts from various industries about the biggest challenges of this time, employee mental health was identified as the biggest issue. More than 60% of those surveyed unequivocally admitted that it has become much more difficult for employees to separate work and personal life. One in four admits that employees have been diagnosed with mental health problems caused by teleworking and social isolation.
Working in an office definitely helps to socialize, better and more effectively structure and organize planned work, form a special team spirit, and increase labor productivity. Office space plays an important role in business growth and competitiveness for quality and productive workforce.
